Il faut pouvoir s\u2019en d\u00e9tacher pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019endormissement tant esp\u00e9r\u00e9. Des pens\u00e9es qui peuvent aussi survenir en plein sommeil et qui, lorsqu\u2019elles sont mal g\u00e9r\u00e9es, sont susceptibles de d\u00e9clencher des insomnies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour vous aider \u00e0 retrouver un sommeil de qualit\u00e9, chaque soir :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>* Fermez les yeux.
